I have been a licensed Esthetician since 2019 after attending Mequon Thiensville School of Esthetics. I have continued my education with multiple other certifications and still hold an up-to-date license as a tattoo artist and body piercer since 2011. My previous career professionally tattooing and piercing gives me a deeper understanding of the skin than your standard esthetician. I am more corrective based and specialize in dermaplaning and chemical peels; therefore, my treatments and products aim for results. Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours or more prior to your appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the original appointment time will be charged 50% of the total appointments value to the card on file. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 2 hours prior to the original appointment time will be charged 100% of the total appointments value to the card on file. Records are kept for continuous inconsistencies.
No-Show Policy: Any client that does not call and does not arrive for their scheduled appointment time will be charged a No Show fee of 100% of the total appointments value to the card on file.
In the event of a declined credit or debit card for a Cancellation or No Show charge, any and all bookings will be suspended until the amount due is paid in full. No exceptions.
Unsupervised Minor Fee/Child Policy: Children that are under the age of 12 are not allowed in T.L.C. Skin Studio. Children 12 to 18 years of age are allowed at T.L.C Skin Studio only if receiving a service and are accompanied by a consenting parent or legal guardian for that service. *Anyone under the age of 18 will not be permitted for their scheduled service without being accompanied by a consenting parent or legal guardian and an Unsupervised Minor fee of 100% of the total appointments value will be deducted from the card on file in this event. **Valid I.D.’s and consent forms must be present and signed before any service can be performed on anyone under the age of 18. ***Any client who arrives for their appointment with a minor will not be permitted for their scheduled service and an Unsupervised Minor fee of 100% of the total appointments value will be deducted from the card on file in this event
